In order for us to gain a better insight into your dog's instinctive behaviours and how best to utilize these in class and training situations, please fill in the form below to the best of your ability. We are looking for an untrained response i.e. what your dog would do had he/she not been trained to do otherwise. Please note, some of the questions may not be relevant to young puppies, please answer as best you can. If unsure, leave the question blank.
